- Pay ranges (plus shift diff.): base rate $31.73 - $44.37/hr; extra shift incentive $55.52 - $77.64/hr
- Newly Expanded Cardiac Services: New OR Heart Room, Cardiac Cath Lab (5 total), and Cardiac Admit Unit. The Inland Empire Heart and Vascular Institute at St. Bernardine is the second largest heart program in Southern California (750 open hearts performed yearly).
- Lift Assist: specialized lifting equipment on site to keep you and your patients safe
- SBMC welcomes newly graduated Registered Nurses. We offer an individualized New Grad orientation to support the transition from a Nursing Student to Registered Nurse. Our goal is to assist the New Grad in becoming a competent and confident RN. During this process, our Unit Based Educators and Clinical Preceptors provide the New Grad with needed support.
