The Heart Institute, headed by a member of the UCLA School of Medicine faculty, provides comprehensive cardiac services including innovative techniques such as coronary stents, electrophysiology studies and ablations.
The SurgiCenter at St. Mary is Long Beach’s only freestanding, hospital-based outpatient surgery center.
The 24-hour Emergency Services and Trauma Center is approved for Pediatric Care, with a base station for LA County Mobile Intensive Care squads, and a helipad for emergency air transport.
