Professional Growth & DevelopmentAt MMCR, we value and support your continued education. Our goal is to enhance your skills and see every employee grow into an experienced, long-term partner. To this end, we help full- and part-time employees pay tuition for job-related courses. We'll reimburse 100% of the first $1,000 you spend on tuition and 75% of the remainder, up to $3,000 in a single year. You can also take advantage of learning opportunities from our completely staffed education department. In addition to our Tuition Reimbursement program, we offer an Education Assistance Program for RN’s and also Student Loan Forgiveness for specific job classifications. In addition, we offer in-depth, personalized, and hands-on training for newly graduated nurses. This program starts with classroom work under our Clinical Instructors, who are primarily Master's-prepared RNs. You'll then spend at least four weeks on the floor with a preceptor who has volunteered for the job and is eager to help you become a successful nurse. |
