Highlights of our benefits include the following:
  • Choice of 4 Health plans
    • Including one plan which covers 100% of cost for employee and family (regardless of number of dependents). All plans include prescription insurance
  • Choice of 3 Dental plans 
    • CHW benefit dollars cover 100% of cost for employee and family, depending upon selected plan
  • Vision plan 
    • CHW benefit dollars cover 100% of employee costs for employee and all enrolled dependent
  • Life Insurance
    • For full-time employees, CHW benefit dollars provide coverage equal to employee’s annual pay; for part-time employees we provide $10,000 in coverage; additional coverage is available 
    • Spouse Life and Dependent Life options are also available
  • AD&D (Accidental Death & Dismemberment) 
    • For full-time employees, CHW benefit dollars provide coverage equal to employee’s annual pay; other coverage options are available (up to 4x annual pay)
  • Long-term Disability
    • CHW benefit dollars cover 40% of pay to be used during periods of extended illness or disability; additional coverage is available
  • Health Care and Dependent Care pre-tax Spending Accounts
  • Voluntary Benefits options available to part-time and full-time employee’s including: Group Auto & Home Insurance; Financial Planning Services, Individual Long Term Care Insurance, Medical Supplemental Plan, Legal Services, Online Banking Service
  • Two Retirement options: 100% employer-paid retirement plan as well as an optional 403-B Saving Plan with some matching funds 
  • Employee Assistance Program: Six free visits per calendar year Full-time employees enjoy accruing up to 26 days of Paid Time Off and up to 7 days of Extended Sick Leave per year. Bereavement leave is also available.
