Several specialty areas augment our services, providing you an opportunity to use and enhance your unique skills. These include:
- Family Birth Center: Here, you can help us meet the needs of Folsom's growing families well into the future. Our eight birthing rooms provide laboring mothers the comforts of home within the security of a hospital setting, supplemented by a new 10-bed postpartum unit and a second newborn nursery.
- Emergency Department Expansion: Our recently completed emergency room expanded from 7 to 25 beds to fulfill a long-term community demand and provide more rapid access to emergency care.
- Folsom Family Clinic: Our clinic serves the Folsom residents who are uninsured or covered by Medi-Cal and Healthy Family plans. This is the second such clinic operating under Mercy Folsom's license, joining the White Rock Family Clinic, which serves residents of Rancho Cordova.
